GERALDINE, AL  - A man, Mark Anthony Upton, 39, of Horton , is wanted for parole violation by the Alabama Department of Corrections, was seriously injured Tuesday night when he fell 40 feet onto the rocks at an area known as High Falls in Geraldine, Alabama.  Sherriff Jimmy Harris said the main is wanted on several felony warrants by the Huntsville PD for theft related charges.  The man is in Huntville hospital in the surgical intensive care unit today in serious condition.
