Man Who Fell Off High Falls Originally Used A False Name
A man who fell off a cliff at High Falls gave a false name at the scene, DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris said. Now, the man whose identity was used is pretty upset about the situation. The victim was identified later as Mark Anthony Upton, who was in the surgical intensive care unit at Huntsville Hospital on Wednesday. Upton, 39, is believed to be from the Horton area. The victim was identified originally as Roger Nolf, 30, of Guntersville. Nolf said Upton’s name sounds familiar, but he doesn’t know the man.
