Geraldine Volleyball Dominant In Last 8 Years
Geraldine High School’s volleyball team has closed its last eight seasons at the Elite Eight state tournament in Pelham.
On Thursday, the Lady Bulldogs began the quest to push that streak to nine as teams across the state opened preseason practice.
The Lady Bulldogs headed into the preseason on the heels of a busy couple of weeks.
Geraldine took part in play dates at Albertville, Birmingham and on their home floor during the last 14 days. The Lady Bulldogs were 2-2 at Albertville, 4-4-1 in single-game matches at Birmingham and 3-2 in the competition at Geraldine.
