J. Craig and Page T. Smith Scholarships for 2007 Announced 
 
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRCTV www.MyFoxAL.com) — J. Craig and Page T. Smith Scholarship, is the largest endowment ever made for public schools according to State Superintendent Joseph Morton and it will benefit 15 Alabama students along with two additional Character Awards. The Bibb Allen Commitment and Character Award goes to John Paul Montgomery of Pell City, Alabama and Brandon Phillips of Geraldine, Alabama.
