Students interested in a career in the medical field have a new opportunity to get firsthand experience. Marshall Medical Centers is expanding its youth volunteer program to Marshall Medical Center South, and volunteers are needed during June and July…

The summer program at Marshall South is open to students from all school systems in Marshall County, as well as those attending Geraldine High School, Crossville High School and Sardis High School.  Students must be 16-18 years old and in good standing at their school.

Note from Chris of GeraldineAlabama.com
This is an opportunity of a lifetime if you want to be a doctor, nurse, xray tech, or anything in the medical field.  So don’t wait until you have went through a ton of college to find out what it is like.   Get your feet wet now.   See how you like it so you can plan your college career path accordingly.  You can waste a lot of time in college if you don’t have an idea what you want to do.
